Just an update on Tyrone GAA coaching and games, at the minute with no schools coaching allowed to take place for obvious reasons.
In the meantime, there are many resources out there for all to help children through lockdown but Ulster GAA have put together a series of videos of exercises that can be done at home with all the family. They are performed by the Ulster KS2 staff. You may recognise some faces!
