With today being Shrove Tuesday and the season of Lent on the way, we took part in the traditional pancake day celebrations. Miss Kennedy, our St. Mary’s student, took to the hall to prepare pancakes for all P3-7 pupils. A cookery demonstration, with numeracy questions throughout, the children learnt the process and ingredients required. Special word of thanks to Mrs Bradley for her help too.
