Resilient Rhythms

All of our pupils had lots of fun with Louise this morning. They have learned lots of new ways to calm down and help manage their emotions.
They have 5 new methods:
1. Movement
2. Singing
3. Saying nice things about themselves
4. Breathing Techniques
5. Mindful Drawing
Everyone was invited to participate in examples for each of these techniques and it left everyone feeling very aware of their emotions and how to deal with anxieties.
A really beneficial session and enjoyed by everyone.
