Today we hosted our Enterprise Day at St Peter’s. Pupils from Primaries 5 and upwards had the opportunity to create their own produce and sell it at the event. Children had to think about their advertising, packaging, stall presentation, pricing to make a profit, alongside the ability to use their selling skills to interact with the customer.
Well done to all 23 boys and girls who participated, your stalls were all amazing and we were blown away with your attention to detail and promotion of your goods. We had an amazing array of delicious food items, Christmas logs, keyrings, crackers, hot chocolate, sweets, home made fudge, ornaments, tree decorations not to mention drinking cups and beautiful jewellery.
Many thanks to our parents and extended family members who helped the children prepare their wares for the sale. Although it may have been busy, we hope it was an enjoyable experience for everyone to be involved with.
Thank you also to everyone who took the time to visit St Peter’s and bought from our pupils, making our day so successful.
Lastly to our Student Council team: Róise, Sarah, Caitlin, Rosie, Michaela, Sarah and Oisín, who helped with organising the event and kept their classes up to date with all the important details.
