Consultation Process on the Development and Management of the Sperrin Area

Please read the following letter that schools have been asked to share - Let your voice be heard on the future of the Sperrins.

I am reaching out to inform you about an ongoing consultation process which will inform the development of a Management Plan for the Sperrin Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This consultation process has been commissioned by the Sperrins Partnership, with input from Causeway, Coast and Glens Borough Council, Derry City & Strabane District Council; Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, and Mid Ulster District Council. S3 Solutions have been appointed to deliver this consultation process, and we want to hear thoughts, feedback and ideas from people living in and around the Sperrin Area.

We are hoping that local primary schools and pre-primary educational facilities may be able to provide a link to the communities via their direct contact networks to parents or via their newsletters. There is a survey currently open which is collecting views from the public, and if possible, it would be great if your school community could be made aware of the existence of this consultation process.
