Our Primary 6/7 children had a wonderful afternoon on Thursday with Frank Diamond from ALPS. He spoke so thoughtfully and sincerely to the children about the benefits of strong mental belief in oneself and the importance of self-care. His stories, experiences and anecdotes had the children bent over laughing. A truly memorable afternoon for our children.
